Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting food to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate your own vehicle

- Load and unload goods from the vehicle

- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely delivery of food to customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering food in a professional and courteous manner

- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery

- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues related to deliveries

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading food

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with using GPS devices or navigation apps to plan routes

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $15.69 - $18.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
