Medical Equipment Delivery Technician

HOURS: Monday - Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm

General: Responsible for competent, efficient, and friendly delivery service to customers in their home and facilities. Responsible for safeguarding company assets while in their care.

Qualifications:

· Excellent driving record.

· Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Must be detail oriented.

· People sensitive characteristics with a desire to help others.

· High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities/Duties :

· Responsible for delivering equipment/supplies to patients. Educate the patients on the equipment/supplies to ensure they understand how to work properly and safely.

· Responsible for keeping paperwork organized, filling it out correctly and handing into appropriate department in a timely fashion.

· Responsible for keeping vans clean, neat and stocked with appropriate supplies and paperwork according to the department standards.

· Maintaining a neat and clean appearance.

· Responsible to explain and ensure patient understands the paperwork and their rights.

· Responsible to be on call once in a while on a rotating schedule

· Unload trucks as necessary and rotate stock while stocking shelves.

· Periodically available for non office hours.

· Other duties as determined by management.

Required license or certification:

· Clean Drivers License and Background Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
