Description

We are seeking an individual that MUST have a passion for hunting and developing new customer relationships, to individually generate leads, prospect new customers, discover and qualify customer fit to our defined criteria, build new customer relationships at all levels, identify and solve customer problems, and to be able to sell a value add solution.

Requirements

  • Maintain, establish and grow new & existing relationships with residential, and commercial clients to include: Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Claims Managers, Underwriters, Real Estate Professionals, Business Executives, and Risk Officials. 
  • Champion multi-layered and tailored sales and marketing approach to target client and client groups to their specific needs. 
  • Utilize and administer our internal Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Luxor & RMS to help with sales tactics and day to day. 
  • Weekly updates to manager(s) to keep line of communication open. 
  • Coordinate meetings, lunches and presentations to educate and sell on company/industry news. 
  • Develop, promote and host technical training and educational programs for target clients.
  • Create presentations and deliver to senior level company officials. 
  • Coordinate and participate in seminars, trade shows, golf outings and other industry events, that could be outside the normal work hour. 
  • Liaison for industry groups including, but not limited to, Fox Valley Adjusters Association. 
  • Assist with planning and hosting internal client events.
  • Support our annual Paul Davis Charitable Fund & Annual Fox Valley Golf Outing.
  • Serve as Administrator for special campaigns and assignments.
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing standards and processes.
  • Comply with business development standards and follow set processes for routine work.
  • Institutional sales and marketing for the entire team at Paul Davis.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree plus equivalent marketing experience

Experience:

  • 5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Previous marketing and/or sales experience and mid to senior career achievements
  • Experience with construction management and/or property and casualty insurance is beneficial
  • Background or familiarity with property management or facility operations would be helpful

Physical Demands:

  • Lift frequently 5-30lbs. Occasionally 30-50lbs
  • May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull
  • Occasional climbing (ladders etc.) balancing, crouching, frequent stopping, reaching, kneeling, handling
