Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment supporting Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) In-Service Program Offices: PMS 390, PMS 392, PMS 394, PMS 396, SEA 07L, and SEA 07Q providing program management and administrative, financial and business management, technical and engineering management, and integrated logistics support services. These positions will be located in Washington, DC in the vicinity of or at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY).

Work Model
Patrona Corporation prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. This is a full-time, onsite position, and you will work in-person from a Patrona or client site.
Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Programmatic and Administrative Support Services:
PMS 390
Program/Project Manager II: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, budgeting process and financial tracking (Earned Value Management (EVM) and other metrics), funding execution, and the contracting process. Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline, 10 or more years' experience in program/project management, and 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
Program/Project Manager III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, and Navy program execution. Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline, 15 or more years' experience in program/project management, and 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
PMS 392
Program/Project Manager III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline, 10 or more years' experience in program/project management, and 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Ship Maintenance Operations and Certification.
PMS 396
Program/Project Manager III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline, 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Submarine Maintenance Operations and Certification.
SEA 07Q
Program/Project Manager III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, 5 or more years' experience working with the Department of Navy (DoN) Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process as well as the RDT&E,N, OPN, O&M,N WPN, and SCN appropriations, and 3 or more years' experience as a Program Manager.
