We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our upscale dining restaurant! The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with both FOH / BPH experience and able to deliver exceptional hospitality to both our guests and our community.

- 2 or more years of salaried managment experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Both FOH and BOH operations experience
- Exceptional people skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with guests and staff
- Consistent positive attitude when interacting with team, customers, and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to set goals / objectives, motivate a team, and achieve results
- Driven to take accountability and ownership for his / her own actions
- Superior problem-solving abilities with organized, self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
