Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager will lead the operation of our restaurant, has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest.

Responsibilities for the Manager

· Run great shifts

· Daily direct supervision of all staff and on-going coaching

· Hiring, on-boarding, training, and team documentation

· Interacting with guests to ensure great service and hospitality. Lead by example

· Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively and efficiently

· Competency in counting money, processing payments and accounting
