Papi Queso is looking for a highly motivated career-focused manager that shares our mission and our passion for food & outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate should have minimum two years of FOH manager experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.

Job Overview

The AGM effectively manages the restaurant, including administration of company policies and guidelines, always ensuring 100% Guest satisfaction. Create a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for the guests. The highest levels of hospitality, enthusiasm, and cleanliness are expected from all members of our staff. The counter is responsible for warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave, accurately describing dishes, correctly entering orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter.

• Embodies enlightened hospitality, making sure every guest has a memorable and extraordinary experience while serving as the guest service/hospitality example to the team 

• During shift maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures 

products are consistent with company quality standards and specifications 

• Shift Leaders control day-to-day operations by managing labor and developing the restaurant team 

• Leads by example, executing and managing House Expectations 

• Performs positional duties day-to-day, as needed
