Assistant General Manager

Duties:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure efficient and effective food production and service
- Supervise and train staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in planning and executing banquets, events, and catering services
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Experience:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
