Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, catering, and food production.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in the hotel industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of catering, food production, banquet operations, bartending, and coffee service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
