The critically acclaimed restaurant that anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years became a beloved institution.
Leading our culinary team is Executive Chef Neil O’Connell. Chef Neil brings a depth of culinary expertise, having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and brasseries in the United Kingdom to revered Miami hotspots, Fontainebleau, and national oversight with hospitality group SBE.
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing French fare made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.
