***Seeking a bilingual Portuguese Speaking Administrative Assistant.

We are currently seeking a Portuguese speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our real estate office. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English, and a strong attention to detail. Experience with QuickBooks and a background in real estate are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence in both Portuguese and English.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Provide support in property management activities, including tenant communications and maintenance requests.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle financial transactions.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and generating financial reports.
  • Support the team with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping skills is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
