THE POSITION

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our innovative Single Cell products and solutions. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles within the biotech sector.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services within the biotech industry.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website copy, blog posts, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and scientific teams, to gather insights and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including liaising with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, and events, including coordinating logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral and sales tools to support the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

FOR THIS POSITION, WE LOOK FOR

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in marketing and/or highly related experience within the biotech or life sciences industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
