Job Summary:
Parkview Homes has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. This a part-time position, 24 hours per week.
To be successful in this position you must be able to:
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- File invoices and other related documents
- Assist Controller with other duties as assigned
Skills:
-1-2 years of accounts payable experience
· Experience with Quickbooks preferred, Newstar Build Software a plus
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Good problem-solving and time management skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to work in a team environment
