Job Summary:
Traveling between Neenah and Denmark
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Handle payroll tasks and assist with financial record-keeping
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Experience with event planning is advantageous
