Job Title: Part-Time Operations/Recruiting Manager

Salary: $35/hr

Schedule: Evenings, weekends, occasional weekdays during events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations management, recruiting, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of effectively managing teams and operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with event management practices is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage staff for event operations at stadiums
• Conduct interviews and hire personnel as needed
• Oversee event operations to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with venue staff and clients
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
