Parkerstaffing is Hiring a Leave Administrator Near Fort Worth, TX

Leave Administrator needed for the nations leading thrift store organization. 
 
Job ID: 23568
Pay Rate: $35 hour
Work Arrangement: Remote
Employment Type: Contract (Est. 6 months)
Schedule: Must work PST ./ CST hours. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer leaves of absence in all US states and cities according to local and federal legislation and company policies
  • Process hours for biweekly payroll and coordinate with state and/or company disability payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Distribute required paperwork during the different stages of the leave cycle following the internal process
  • Communicate with team members and management as needed to provide guidance on managing the leave of absence
  • Escalate issues to a management as needed

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience working in leave administration
  • Multi-state Leave administration experience
  • Experience working with online payroll and HRIS systems – Prefer UKG/Kronos
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Federal and State law
  • Canadian Leave experience a plus
