Our Third Shift Customer Service Representatives play an important role at Parker's because they create the first and last impression with customers in our stores every day. A CSR at Parker’s is a true sales professional who understands the importance of consistently providing convenient, friendly service for every customer, every time.

There is no question, this position is for people who like to stay busy and work as a team. A typical workday will include these responsibilities and more:

  • § Smile and greet all customers as they enter the store.
  • § Provide a fast and friendly customer experience every visit.
  • § Assure fresh, quality food, hot coffee and beverages are available at all times.
  • § Keep store shelves, coolers, freezers and displays clean and fully stocked.
  • § Cash handling, fuel transactions and shift duties as assigned.
  • § Suggestively sell promotions, food and beverage specials and Parker’s loyalty programs.
  • § Responsible for alcohol, tobacco, lottery sales and other age regulated products.
  • § Follow Parker’s safety and security procedures.
  • § Maintain clean work area and ensure store is presentable.
  • § Follow company uniform and dress code requirements.
  • § Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Shift Length – Varies – 8 to 10 hour shifts
  • Flooring and Lighting – Cement, tile, textured flooring and florescent lighting
  • Environment – Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time – this job will require constant walking, standing, squatting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. - occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to continuously bend, squat reach and twist.
