We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Human Resources Generalist II.In this key role, you'll have broad responsibility for Parker HVAC's manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, IN. You will have many opportunities to demonstrate leadership by making a positive impact with your business partners and team members. High level of organization skills, engagement and communication are necessary to build relationships with the goal of further positioning HR as a strategic business partner.
