The position: The Asset Manager is responsible for supporting RPM Investments in the management of assets and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:
    o Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance
    o Identification of property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan
    o Quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets
    o Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partners
  • Perform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendations
  • Monitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculations
  • Assistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sources
  • Compiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendations
  • Loan compliance and administration
  • Assistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university
    • Finance, economics, or other quantitative field preferred
  • Minimum three years experience in asset management
  • Multifamily experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
