Fast Park & Relax, Orlando International Airport’s premier offsite airport parking facility, is searching for a self-starting, energetic automotive mechanic and maintenance person to keep our parking lot, shuttle buses, buildings and facilities in tip top, sparkling condition! 

This will include but not limited to washing shuttles, detailing shuttles, picking up trash from the lot, and cleaning up the office area. This position will also require you to learn how to complete oil changes and fix minor problems with our shuttles. You will be available to drive a customer to the airport if needed in an emergency. The right applicant should be self-motivated and willing to learn.

Starting wage is $15 - $22 per hour depending on skills and experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Assist mechanic in shop production
• General shop duties
• Assist with upkeep and cleanliness of shop
• Perform preventative maintenance on shuttles 
• Assist with safety

Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Washing and detailing shuttles
• Cleaning up the office, windows, and lot daily
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms and breakroom
• Great driving record to be able to transport guests if needed in an emergency.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical examination.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School education, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3 years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred
• Successful completion of a background check/drug screening/physical for DOT medical card

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear.
