Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facility Management and a general understanding of all mechanical systems
- Assist in security contracts for all outside vendor work
- Performs general cleaning of inside and outside of property
- General Maintenance abilities including:
- Painting
- Doors – replace hasps, preventative maintenance, repairing gates, cutting locks
- Storage Units – caulking, sealants, drywall, minor framing repair
- Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools
- These skills are a plus but not required:
- Electrical – ballasts, interior and exterior lighting
- Minor Plumbing
- Roof – general cleaning and basic structural assessment
- HVAC – preventative maintenance
