FULL TIME CULINARY LEAD POSITION

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Required:

• Must be able to communicate well with direct management, clients and other staff.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Able to work various hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked in a timely, accurate, consistent and quality manner.

• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers.

• Have a working knowledge of all culinary equipment· Understanding of service standards.

• Ability to follow written and oral direction.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Management Serve Safe Certification required.
• Keep inventory of perishable and non-perishable food items at appropriate levels.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience directing 20 plus employees.
• Experience with scheduling staff.

NOTE: Other requirements will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour
