Progressive new Administrative/Nursing Management Team seeks deducted nurses to join our innovative team of professional care givers, “Heroes”. We currently have the following Licensed Nursing Positions available.

RN Supervisors, RN Unit Managers, RN Charge Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurses. Full and Part Time.

We also have flexible hours to meet your needs and the needs of the facility

Duties and Responsibilities for the License Nurses:

• Ensures that patient care is provided according to policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services.

• Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment.

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting.

• Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts.\

• Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Will train licensed staff with current licensure.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

• One to two years’ experience in long term care or hospital.

• Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be creative and have good observational and analytical skills

• WE are willing to interview and hire new RN Graduates with Limited permits.
