Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care and supervision to patients during the overnight shift.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and quality care delivery.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a positive and healing environment for our residents.

Requirements:

• Valid and active RN license in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
