Promotes and restores patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and psychological support for patients, and families.
Experience:
- Ability to appropriately and effectively initiate and implement all phases of nursing process.
- Demonstrates current knowledge of nursing practice in areas of clinical responsibility.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with peers, managers, and subordinates and other health care members in the provision of patient care.
