We’re hiring a Financial Analyst who is eager to make an impact and drive our business forward as a member of the Finance & Accounting team at Paradox. You’ll get to work closely with our CFO and leaders across the organization, using your analytical skills and business/finance knowledge to help drive critical business decisions.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial reporting, analyses, forecasts and budgets to drive strategic business decisions and outcomes. In this role, you will: 

  • Build financial models to forecast trends, predict business scenarios, and provide other data analysis to help drive decision-making. 
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including leaders, accounting and finance teams at all levels and from all parts of the organization. 
  • Support budgeting and planning processes across the organization. 
  • Develop and operate financial reporting to help business leaders understand the performance of the organization. 
  • Support the forecasting process and deliver reporting and analysis of actuals vs. forecast in alignment with business operational cadence. 
  • Communicate effectively, including building presentations for leadership teams internally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Spring 2024 grads are welcomed! If applicable, this position can start on a part-time basis before degree completion)
  • Previous internship or work experience 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with building models using spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • High detail orientation and a proactive approach to collaborating with others
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including developing slides and data visualizations to tell a story and deliver insights
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ office
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and SaaS business models
