We're seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in transforming diverse data sets into actionable insights and compelling stories that inform key business strategies. This role offers a unique blend of client-facing interaction, technical exploration, and creative expression, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical and communicative aspects of data analysis.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the data and reporting needs of our clients, as well as internal teams seeking insights from our platform. In this role, you will: 

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable questions.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Employ a range of statistical and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Embrace our evolving data ecosystem and actively learn and incorporate new tools and technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to share insights, answer questions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Champion data quality and consistency by adhering to established data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a global team across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Highly proficient in SQL and BI reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight, etc.)
• Excellent at communicating complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of success in client-facing roles, building strong relationships, and exceeding client expectations
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and readily embrace new technologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion
• Excellent understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office
• Authorization to work in the United States (we are unable to sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this role)
