Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative)
Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Duties:
o Provide excellent customer service by interacting with our customers and answering questions
o Answer telephones and assist callers; route calls as necessary to the appropriate team member
o Respond to customer inquiries via emails.
o Back up the Service Dispatcher as necessary
o Schedule service calls, debrief technicians and provide updates to customers to ensure the best customer service experience.
o Issue Purchase Orders
o Order materials as needed
o Maintain accurate customer records
o Communicate with the warehouse manager to make sure necessary materials available
o Schedule sales appointments
o Order equipment, pull permits, create online job packets and collect payment for install jobs
o Back up the Customer Experience Coordinator as needed
o Other administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
o Minimum high school diploma or GED required
o 2 years customer service experience required
o Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Must be customer focused
o Must have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work according to the needs of our customers.
o Must be comfortable with computers and able to adapt to new software programs. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Service Titan preferred.
o Must be able to work independently and problem solve, but also able to collaborate with the team
o Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., copier, printer, fax, multi-line phone system)
o Must be able to work in an office environment
Physical Demands:
o Regularly required to remain seated in a normal position for long periods of time

o Regularly required to maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running
o Routinely required to reach up and out with hands and arms
o Constantly communicates with internal and external customers in person and via telephone. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

o Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
o Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds and carry a distance of 10 feet
o Occasionally required to push and/or pull up to 15 pounds a distance of 10 feet
o Routinely required to stand for long periods of time
o Constantly identifies and detects written information on equipment labels, written communication, forms and other labels/documents
o Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as copy machine and calculator.
