We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate with tax experience to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English and Spanish-speaking clients. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish languages
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
