Responsibilities

• Oversees multi-family apartment community
• Collect rent and maintain computer records; Follow-up delinquent accounts and pursue collections in accordance with an established procedure
• Leads, motivates and manages onsite team, including leasing agents
• Address resident concerns in a professional manner and solve problems.
• Conduct property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal and to ensure property integrity is maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance of the property alongside the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain favorable relationships between residents, employees and corporate offices.
