Junior Property Accountant

As the Property Accountant, you will be assigned a commercial portfolio and be responsible for budgeting, analysis, general ledger, and assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Process daily and month-end transactions
- Review and reconcile property taxes and other liabilities
- Present regular accounting reports to key leadership
- Oversee cash disbursements and maintain cash books
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
- 1 years of related experience
