As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Home Renovations Consultant to join our team and guide our clients through the process of transforming their homes.

Position Overview: The Home Renovations Consultant plays a pivotal role in our company by serving as the primary point of contact for clients seeking home renovation services. This position involves conducting initial consultations with clients, understanding their vision and needs, and providing expert advice and guidance on renovation options, layouts, designs, and styles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home renovations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss their renovation goals, preferences, and budget
  • Listen attentively to clients' needs and aspirations, offering expert advice and guidance on renovation options, layouts, designs, and styles
  • Take pictures and measurements of the existing space to accurately assess project requirements
  • Create estimates of the scope of work, including materials, labor, and timeline, with approval from the Sales Director
  • Facilitate Design Consultations with clients, presenting their vision and introducing the Field and Fulfillment departments to the project
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive renovation plans that meet client expectations
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and approvals
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home renovations, interior design, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of home construction and renovation techniques, materials, and codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate clients' visions into actionable plans
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Sales is a plus
  • A smart-phone with access to the internet is required
  • A laptop with the RAM and Video Card capabilities to run Chief Architect X15 is required

Compensation is a base salary of $20,000.00 with a minimum of 3% commission of all contracts. With contracts ranging from $20,000.00 to $200,000.00, the earning potential is limitless!
