Palmeira Home Health has an exciting opportunity for Junior Sales Representative for San Jose, California.

- Promote home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers.
- Execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
- Ability to utilize the company CRM to identify new leads, create and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Qualify new leads in person, by phone, and email.
- Identify decision makers within those leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Senior Sales Representative to close on prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate at a high level with the Senior Sales Representative on a regular basis.
- Attend classes, meetings, or demonstrations designed to help you improve your skills.
- This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong lasting relationships.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, both verbal communication and listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft programs on iPads/Tablets/Smart phones, etc.
- Ability to utilize the company CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferably living in San Jose, CA.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must have background check.
- Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy.
- Must be able to do field work.
- Must have an excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
