Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products/ clients to customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities face to face
- Maintaining KPI's through the day
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers verbally.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers

Pay Structure: Our pay structure structure is designed to offer competitive compensation while providing ample opportunity increase your earnings based on performance and growth:
- Base Plus Uncapped Commission: We offer a competitive base salary combined with uncapped commission on sales, providing you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your performance. While our pay structure is partially commission based we provide a structured framework to guide your earning potential and ensure transparency and fairness in compensation.
- Bonus Incentives: In addition to commission, we offer various bonus incentives to reward and drive excellence performance.
