SUMMARY: As the IT Project Manager, you will be an integral team member for the planning, development, and overall performance and growth of a dynamic software development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of PBACO in-house information technology and app development and reports to CIO
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC, and basic understanding of programming languages (C#, Java, SQL).
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Developing and implementing a long-range technology business strategy
• Assisting management in the development of an enterprise business strategy
• Sourcing and developing technology resources
• Establishing plans, policies and goals for business integration
• Delivering recommendations for technology resources and outsourcing providers
• Must abide to all HIPAA, Confidentiality and Privacy laws
• Handles customers concerns in a helpful and objective manner
• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Managers

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises and leads team of software developers and application support staff.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Required. Master’s Degree Preferred. Five (5) years related experience and/or training preferable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to visitors, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Computer Skills:

MS Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SQL & Data Objects, Programming languages a plus (C#, Java), and various report writing tools.

Other Skills and Abilities:

High accuracy and extreme confidentiality a MUST. Detailed oriented and very organized.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will have a combination of standing, sitting, bending and reaching. May work at a computer monitor for prolonged periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
