ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a new Business Operations to join our fast-growing team here in San Francisco. This individual will be building out a new product segment fully owning initial operational strategies related to: pricing, onboarding and implementation (data migration workflows), building a repeatable motion with playbooks and training guides for new customers and internal teams, additionally, you will build a team of account managers, support and integrations employees as we grow and scale this segment this year and beyond.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

• Manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful execution.
• Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding, migrations, and other operational processes.
• Interact with clients, understand their needs, and ensure a positive experience.
• Establish a 0 to 1 playbook for efficient and scalable operations.
• Contribute to managing new customer accounts within the courier sector.
• Develop and execute effective pricing models for courier services.
• Build comprehensive onboarding playbooks for efficient customer go-live.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of detail orientation.

YOU HAVE

• 4 years of experience in business operations or a similar background.
• Early-stage startup experience.
• Proven success in managing large-scale projects and creating repeatable playbooks.
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record of positive customer interactions.
• Experience in developing and executing pricing models for courier services.
• Ability to prioritize tasks ruthlessly and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
  • Bonus: People management experience.

SELLING POINTS

• Opportunity to drive and own critical strategic initiatives, particularly in unlocking new opportunities in the courier sector.
• Collaboration with founders and other key stakeholders, providing an opportunity to contribute directly to the company's strategic direction.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE

$120,000 - $160,000 per year plus equity
