Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Specialist. This role has national oversight responsibilities across the United States.
The OHS Specialist will be a key player in the development and implementation of new OHS programs and systems throughout Paladin’s USA operations.
This position will promote a risk-forward culture of safety by working closely with various employee groups to motivate and encourage a safe working environment. Other key components of the role include providing technical and legislative guidance to operational teams, maintaining OHS performance statistics, overseeing contractor compliance portals, being an active member in incident investigations and safety committee initiatives, and supporting on worker’s compensation claims. Some travel to support our safety programs across the US will required, 10-25% of time.
Paladin Technologies believes in continuous and ongoing learning at every level of our organization. The OHS Specialist will also be responsible for providing ongoing support, training and education to Leads and staff with regards to OHS.
