Painters on Demand is looking for skilled Paint Technicians to join our Fort Lauderdale team! The ideal candidates are painting professionals with the highest standards and levels of professionalism with experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional painting. Candidates should display a proactive, positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below.
Painting, drywall and texture repairs, caulking, wallpaper removal, etc. Knowledge of using hand tools (putty knives, razor knives, scraper, etc.) Coordinating and executing painting jobs as per the Scope of Work Ensuring Quality Assurance on all job sites Maintaining equipment and tools such as compressors, hoses, spray guns, brushes, etc. Assist with paint pickups; ability to drive and maintain tidiness of company vehicle Provide accurate and timely communications to ensure all activities execute as planned
Minimum of 2 years painting experience Valid drivers' license Ability to handle physical work and Florida's climate Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends (when necessary) Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated Quality conscious and detail-oriented Background and Drug Test Required OSHA certified is a plus
