Our partner company, Property Works, is a full-service Facilities Maintenance company. Property Works is a full-service Facilities Maintenance company. We are looking to hire a General Maintenance technician for handyman work on multiple accounts. A handyman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical will be successful in this position.
- Painting, drywall and texture repairs, caulking, wallpaper removal, etc.
- General Maintenance skills
- Coordinating and executing painting jobs as per the Scope of Work
- Ensuring Quality Assurance on all job sites
- Maintaining equipment and tools
- Provide accurate and timely communications to ensure all activities execute as planned
- Minimum of 2 years painting experience
- Valid drivers' license
- Ability to handle physical work and Florida's climate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends (when necessary)
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Background and Drug Test Required
