Description
The Practice Manager represents the primary point person for all clinical staff and ensures that provider staff have all resources necessary to ensure quality patient care. The position is diverse in nature and requires a high degree of communication skills, organization and operational awareness.
The Practice Manager must be well organized and excellent at communication and will be responsible for the daily management and oversight of all clinical personnel, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency. Goals include the development and fostering of a culture focused on exceptional customer service. Emphasis will also be placed on compliance with regulatory and privacy standards.

Education and Experience/Technical Skills
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations that impact clinic operations, including HIPAA
• Ability to accurately and efficiently use Health Information Technology (HIT) Systems, including running reports
• Effective problem-solving skills and a desire to attack little problems before they become big problems.
