Responsibilities

The Learning Coordinator assists in the planning and management of all activities related to OD initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, orientation, EDI, soft skills, and leadership development.

  • Maintains Louie Learning, internal platform providing educational resources and content to support learning and development for all employees
  • Builds and manages LMS (Learning Management System) content, scheduling, maintenance, and analysis
  • Manages coordination and materials for Day 2, in-depth onboarding session with supplemental information that follows initial Day 1 orientation
  • Manages NHO (NEW HRE ORIENTATION) Program, calendar, presenters, audits, HR (Human Resources) (Human Resources) Check In data. (provides trending data)
  • Ensures Operations Manager/HR is up to date on orientation responsibilities
  • Assist with New Principal Forum coordination
  • Assists with Principal Retreat coordination, planning, and evaluation
  • Manages EQI training coordination and attendance
  • Assists with EDI initiatives, community groups, tracking and materials
  • Tracks EDI strategic objectives for workforce, workplace, and marketplace
  • Maintains performance mgt system and process build, progress reports and analysis
  • Manages and is a SME (subject matter experts) for Survey Monkey Enterprise Account and all systems that support OD initiatives
  • Expert in Zoom and Teams training and meeting features
  • Assists in preparation of training materials including curriculum PPTs with brand formatting
  • Provides evaluation and analysis of all OD initiatives
  • SME on training tools within Zoom and Teams, as well as standalone training support programs such as Mentimeter and others
  • Tracks completion of training such as Harassment, EDI etc – provide reports and follow up to ensure completion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline preferred
  • 1-3 years of related HR or Learning & Development (L&D) experience required
  • Strong proficiency in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Canva etc.)
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods and principles of adult learning
  • Knowledge of LMS software a plus 
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision 
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent written, oral, verbal, and listening communication skills 
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information 
  • Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to learn innovative technology as needed
