Position Summary

Responsible for cycle counts and total warehouse inventory accuracy. In this position the warehouse would need to sustain 99% inventory accuracy while completing counts on raw and finished materials. Communicates daily with the Warehouse and Office manager with any findings.

• Inventory

• Coordinate cycle counts for PacMoore and for every customer requesting a count

• Run daily cycle counts from Traverse reports to get a complete warehouse cycle count completed every quarter

• Complete warehouse work order count requests from office team

• Research any changes in inventory (quantities, moves, etc.)

• Report monthly cycle counts to warehouse manager

• Report customer cycle counts to CAM’s, office and warehouse manager

• Plan for and assist with monthly Perpetual Inventory

• Other responsibilities as requested

Qualifications:

• Has prior experience with Inventory management

• Is signed off as a qualified forklift operator

• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in manufacturing inventory

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Willing to learn the Traverse system.

Other (special hours or other considerations):

• Will spend time in warehouse – some exposure to potential allergens including food allergens and dust.

• 60-70% of time standing and walking (for counting and reviewing inventory).

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Primary hours of this position will be from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
