We are recruiting a Compensation Specialist for a strong missioned non-profit organization that supports families in the Sacramento region.
This is a direct hire opportunity, and our client offers great employee benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, and 401k options! The Compensation Specialist will provide guidance to staff on the analysis, interpretation, and application of HR rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Compensation and Benefits.
Pay : $60,000-$75,000 DOE.
The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years experience as a compensation analyst, strong technical skills, and experience with HRIS.
