Pacific Properties Management is Hiring a Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant Near Los Angeles, CA

Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to join our commercial property management team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • File and archive invoices, receipts, and tenant documents.
  • Prepare and mail invoices and tenant notices
  • Answer phones and function as receptionist
  • Enter corporate invoices into Quickbooks and Yardi Genesis2 / help with Accounts Payable
  • Mail certified documents at post office
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Perform any office tasks necessary to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - a must !
  • Team-oriented
  • Willing to perform whatever tasks are necessary in the office
  • Able to take responsibility for tasks and ensure their completion
