- 7 Years Experience as a Supervisor of AR Back up AR Manager as necessary
- Post cash deposits AR Month-end Close Online check deposit Assist AR Manager with processing credit applications
- Assist AR Manager with providing credit checks on new and unapproved accounts
- Work with our legal or collection agency to resolve payment on accounts
- Produce Sales Aging Reports as needed
- Able to review and identify billing errors
- Work with sales and billing to keep customers within terms
- Able to input all daily deposits into various accounting and transportation systems
- Attend bi-weekly AR meetings
- Assist with customer credits/rebates
- Process Stripe Reports daily
- Audit daily deposits for Month-end Close Work with and train AR staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner applying common sense understanding
- Gather and analyze information skillfully
- Plan and prioritize work activities utilizing the resources and reports available to complete required tasks productively and in a timely manner
- Able to develop alternative solutions
- Able to write clearly and informatively and present numerical data effectively and accurately
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Maintain confidentiality
- Balance individual and team responsibilities
- Knowledge in all Word, Excel, and Outlook
