With more than 30 years of experience, Pacific Coast Composites is committed to supplying the aerospace industry with materials, accessories and an alternative to large inventory levels, and long lead times.

We give the customer what they want, when they want it, in the quantity they want without compromising quality, ethics or relationships.

Pay: $21-$23hr

Your Duties:

• To provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email and written communication.
• Process purchase orders and credit card payments.
• Support growth initiatives through dedicate teamwork with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist all departments in meeting their goals. This could include helping pick, pack, or ship product from the warehouse or warehouse freezers.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in customer service-related position.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
