Pace is hiring for Lead Warehouse Associate in the Mobile, AL area. Join our warehouse team and take the next step towards a rewarding career in the fast-paced logistics industry! As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator at Pace, you will be tasked with various assignments including lifting, moving, and sorting pallets of freight. You’ll operate a forklift to stage pallets and load/unload trucks. Shifts are scheduled Sunday-Thursday/ possible Fridays from 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator:

• Unloading inbound trucks and loading trucks using a forklift, sit-down/stand-up tow motor and/or manual pallet jack.
• Use digital scanners and equipment to manage the loading/unloading of freight in Pace's system
• Move and stage freight within the warehouse. 
• Stacking Pallets with boxed freight and wrapping in plastic to secure freight when necessary
• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
