P&R Property Consulting Group is a General Contractor located in Apex and Charlotte, NC. This position is based in Charlotte, NC. We focus on renovation/remodeling/property maintenance in the multifamily, residential, and commercial industries. Jobs range from service calls and residential additions/remodels to apartment renovations and large-scale Capital Improvement projects. We are EVERYTHING your property needs. Who we are looking for:
As our customers' first point of contact, you will be the friendly voice of P&R, providing excellent customer service. We will rely on you to listen to our customers and use your deductive reasoning skills, technical expertise, creativity, and passion for helping to meet their needs. Jr. Sales Rep MUST have experience in the multi-family industry (ex leasing consultant)
Duties/Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and prospects
· Personally call each customer at a frequency determined by supervisor
· Provide introductory information to new customers
· Send New Customer Forms to managers and obtain what P&R needs to get set up properly on their side
· Send tax forms to the manager or person in charge (if applicable)
· Get all photo releases and sign-offs from all new jobs
· Assist the Account Rep with any clerical paperwork
· Support Directors and owners on day-to-day tasks
· Assist Superintendents with communication needs or any tasks
· Check on events and get everyone signed up
· Attend all social and networking events
· Complete follow-up tasks
· Input in new leads and obtain required forms
· Ensure that all customers are satisfied with services
· Attend all required calls and take notes
· Reach out to all our active customers as needed
· Pay great attention to details
· Be goal and results-driven
· Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills
· Display excellent time management
· Be a go-getter
· Be a team player
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Multi-family experience is a MUST.
