Do you have experience in Inside Sales? If so we have a great opportunity for you as a Sales Representative in Charlotte NC for a manufacturer/distributor or European product components for the home. Position is primarily onsite and not remote, with some statewide travel and to trade shows.

Salary: $70,000 plus commission package and other perks

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible)

Position Type: Onsite with up to 25% travel statewide and attendance at national/regional trade shows

What will you do:

• Representative will concentrate on acquiring new customers through market research and business development efforts and assisting existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Interpret drawings and provide technical support to manufacturers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
• Ship catalogs and samples to customers
• Visit and conduct product knowledge training with customers
• Attend Trade Shows
• Submit activity and expense reports

What is essential for this job:

• Proven Experience (2 years minimum) in Inside Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Must be comfortable using Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
• Must be proficient using a computer
