Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for daily, logistical tasks related to the coordination of patient care and efficient provision of services.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, inspecting, shipping, and receiving of patient equipment and supplies.
• Tracking and managing of shipping schedules for patients.
• Management of inventory levels; ordering of equipment and supplies when needed or requested.
• Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
• Assisting in scheduling of patient appointments.
• General data entry, scanning, and uploading of documents - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
• General administrative duties when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
